Report on the implementation of the Building Standards verification performance framework for the years 2013-14.

Building standards: verification and certification

The performance framework ran for the first full year in 2013-14, and covered several areas:

professional expertise
technical performance
quality customer experience
operational and financial efficiency

In addition there are two broad themes of public interest and continuous improvement that span all other areas of the verification process, and are covered in the report.
