Attached is a copy the information you requested in the attached excel spreadsheet. The data we have provided is from 21/06/2022 to 19/04/2023. This is explained further below.

Most of the information you have requested is available from a previous response provided to you, FOI202200306899. The information you have requested above covers the last five years to the date of your request - 19/04/2018 - 19/04/2023. As we have previously provided you this information up to 20/06/2022 in response 202200306899, we have only provided you updated monthly figures from the date of your last request (21/06/22) to the date of your current request (19/04/23).

Under section 25(1) of FOISA, we do not have to give you information which is already reasonably accessible to you. This exemption is not subject to the 'public interest test', so we are not required to consider if the public interest in disclosing the information outweighs the public interest in applying the exemption.

In addition to this, by way of explanation of why there is no figure for April 2023. The most complete monthly data Scottish Government has is provided until March 2023. Under FOI(S)A we can only provide information that is held up to and including the date a request is received. At the date we received your request 19th April 2023 final performance data for April had not been finalised therefore we cannot provide you with this. This is a notice under section 17(1) of FOISA that we do not hold this information.
