Bluetongue: general licence to move animals from a bluetongue temporary control zone (TCZ) to a restricted zone (RZ)

General licence - EXD677(S) - permits movement of animals between the TCZ and an RZ, subject to conditions including inspection, vehicle cleansing and insecticide treatment, and record-keeping. Breaches are a criminal offence.
