Information requested
- The Baby Box tender documentation and associated communications.
- The communication, i.e. the clarifying questions that were asked.
- We have obtained the tender invitation and all the tender details, so that would not be needed.
- A copy of the successful tender application.
Response
In response to points 1,2 and 4 I enclose a redacted copy of relevant correspondence in Annex B of this letter. However, while our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance we are unable to provide some of the information you have requested because exemptions under section 38(1)(b) (personal information) of FOISA and section s.30(b)(i) Commercial Interests of FOISA applies to that information. The reasons why this exemption applies is explained in Annex A of this letter.
