Information requested
A copy of the service level agreement between the Scottish Government and Advice Direct Scotland in relation to the Fuel Insecurity Fund.
Response
I enclose a copy of the information you requested, namely a grant offer letter from November 2022, which constitutes our service level agreement with the Advice Direct Scotland in relation to the Fuel Insecurity Fund.
An exemption(s) under section s.38(1)(b) (personal information) of FOISA applies to some of the information you have requested. This does not apply to any of the substance of the contract we are providing you with. It only involves the redaction of names and other identifying information for individuals featured in the documents, who are either Scottish Government officials below Senior Civil Service, or representatives of Advice Direct Scotland.
This exemption is not subject to the 'public interest test', so we are not required to consider if the public interest in disclosing the information outweighs the public interest in applying the exemption.
