Accountant in Bankruptcy posters paid by the trust: FOI release

Information requested

Information relating to posters paid for by the trust in the last 3 financial years, and the current year to date (2019,20 2020/21, 2021/22, 2022/23).

including the following information:

• total amount and cost of all posters paid for by the trust which are used in the hospitals, clinics, offices and other buildings of the trust.
• the total number of posters in foreign languages paid for by the trust
• the total cost of foreign language posters

Response

The Accountant in Bankruptcy did not produce or pay for any posters in any language for use in hospitals, clinics, offices or other buildings. For clarification, Accountant in Bankruptcy (AiB) is not a Trust – it is an Executive Agency of the Scottish Government responsible for administering the process of personal bankruptcy and recording corporate insolvencies in Scotland.
