Single Authority Models Stakeholder Group
Overview
This group was established on 20 March 2025, to support the continued development of Single Authority Models across each of the three participating localities (Argyll and Bute, Western Isles and Orkney).
It is co-chaired by Cabinet Secretary for Health and Social Care and Minister for Public Finance. Membership includes the COSLA Presidential team and senior representation across the three participating geographies from local government and health and social care interests.
The group provides an opportunity for sharing learning, joint deliberation of key issues and review of progress in and across all participating geographies.
