Scottish Seabird Conservation: Action Plan Delivery Partnership

Overview

The delivery partnership was established to support and oversee strategic, coordinated and effective delivery of the Scottish Seabird Conservation Action Plan. The plan sets out our vision for Scotland's thriving seabird colonies.

The action plan is clear that we cannot achieve positive outcomes for seabirds alone. The delivery partnership brings together representatives from organisations that have a role in delivering the plan's actions.

The partnership will:

  • support and oversee delivery of the action plan
  • operate within the governance framework of the Scottish Biodiversity Strategy
  • have a member represent Scottish seabird interests at the UK seabird coordination group

Progress will be measured through monitoring and review. Annual progress reports will be published each October.
