Scottish Donation and Transplant Group
Overview
The Scottish Donation and Transplant Group (SDTG) (formerly the Scottish Transplant Group) was formed in 2001 to provide a regular forum for representatives of the donation and transplant communities in Scotland.
The group provides expert advice and makes recommendations to the Scottish Government on matters relating to organ and tissue donation and transplantation. It also oversees the implementation in Scotland of the recommendations from the first report of the UK Organ Donation Taskforce.
The SDTG meets three times a year. View meeting minutes prior to 2018 in the archive.
