Residential childcare: cross-border regulations development - stakeholder engagement
Overview
In August and September 2024, we began a series of sessions with partners to develop practice-based solutions to further strengthen and safeguard children and young people’s rights in all types of cross-border placements.
These provide an opportunity to discuss the key challenges and gaps with the existing regulations and how they can be improved.
Further engagement sessions will take place early in 2025.
