Local authority social work services (LASWS) children and families group
Overview
The LASWS children and families group aims to ensure effective communication between Scottish local authorities, the Scottish Government and inspectorates who have in interest in the collection or monitoring of statistical information on children's social work from local authority social work services departments.
The primary role of the group is to discuss and agree any proposed changes to existing data specifications or the setting up of new data collections, and to discuss issues that are relevant to the gathering of social work data.
