Ferguson Marine Programme Review Board

The Programme Review Board was put in place to support the new shipyard management to produce a report on revised delivery dates and costs for vessels 801 and 802, presented to Parliament in Dec 2019. Its principal function was to provide Ministers with assurance that the cost and programme report for the ferries under construction at Ferguson Marine was prepared in an appropriate manner.
