Care sector - proposed Freedom of Information extension: Consultation Advisory Group
Overview
The group was set up on 20 February 2025. The group will help shape the Government’s approach, and provide input on the design of the consultation on extension of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 (FOISA) in the care sector. The group will still function for the purpose of information sharing during the analysis of the consultation responses.
