Introduction
The consultation sought respondents’ views on the provisions of the draft Gender Recognition Reform (Scotland) Bill which reforms the process by which trans people gain legal recognition of their lived gender through a gender recognition certificate.
Consultees' views were also sought on the draft Impact Assessments, including an Equality Impact Assessment covering the provisions of the draft Bill.
