Mark Adderley

Mark Adderley became a non-executive director of the Scottish Government in October 2025.

Mark has worked in the public sector as an executive and non-executive director since 2002. As a director of Scottish Water and NHS Ayrshire and Arran, and non-executive director for Independent Living Fund Scotland and Scottish Public Pensions Agency.

He is an experienced HR, Business Services and Transformation director and executive coach and works with organisations to develop their leadership capacity and capability.
