These cases are not included in the percentage figures. The first induction/case management meeting involves clarifying health and safety procedures, requirements and expectations, and drawing up a case management plan.
1. Figures for 2015-16 to 2017-18 have been revised from those previously published due to the receipt of updated information from some councils.
