Notes:
1. For the year 2014-15, information on the number of hours imposed was unknown for a small number of orders. The average length for that year is therefore calculated on orders where the hours imposed was known.
2. Figures for 2015-16 to 2017-18 have been revised from those previously published due to the receipt of updated information from some councils.
