Experience of dealing with a wide cross section of people, particularly experience in dealing with members of the public.

Experience of handling complaints

Experience of working within a large organisation in the public or private sector

Awareness of the hospitality industry

Experience of conducting negotiations and influencing skills

Knowledge, Skills and Understanding.

Excellent Oral and Written Communication Skills

Ability to prepare reports and statistics within a Windows based computer system
