Early learning and childcare – national induction resource - latest version: January 2023
The early learning and childcare (ELC) national induction resource has been developed to support individuals in their induction to delivering ELC – whether that is funded ELC or ELC that families purchase themselves - setting out how individuals can expect employers to support them in their new role.
Errata
An errata was published on 13 January 2023 as a result of changes on PDF pages: 4 and 20 to reflect effective family engagement and involvement, and wider infection prevention and control guidance; page 19 to include the new ‘23 Things ELC Leadership’ resource; and wider updated links to external websites and resources.
The HTML and PDF have been updated to reflect these changes.
