An application for appeal under Section 88(2) of the Community Empowerment (Scotland) Act 2015 has been made in writing in accordance with The Asset Transfer Request (Appeals) (Scotland) Regulations 2016 from Carnoustie and Monifieth Men's Shed, 13a Hill Street, Broughty Ferry, DD5 2JP.

The documents attached relate to the appeal of the decision made by Angus Council not to allow Carnoustie and Monifieth Men's Shed to lease the land at Invertay House, 3 Maule Street, Monifieth, DD5 4JG, under Part 5 of the Community Empowerment (Scotland) Act 2015.
