1. The waiver is sent to survivors and next of kin applicants as part of a larger determination pack.
2. Applications to the Scheme are voluntary so there will remain survivors who choose to pursue litigation against those responsible for historic abuse they experienced as a child.
3. The survey closed 30th April 2023 at 5 p.m.
4. The relevant payment will be deducted from the Gross redress payment determined and the remaining Net figure is then allocated in line with the Statement of Principles.
