Appendix C: Workforce Development Driver Diagram

This diagram sets out that all staff need the knowledge, skills, capacity and confidence to respond effectively to those impacted by psychological trauma. It sets out the steps that need to be taken (including primary and secondary drivers and a number of key change ideas) to achieve that overarching aim. It highlights a range of measures such as the need for the development of a trauma-skilled level training programme for the core maternity and neonatal workforce.
