Information requested

Any information on European funding (or other) accessed and/ or provided to Scottish Enterprise for the construction and access road to Transport Interchange" and "ascertain any specific caveats and/ or restrictions on the use of the funding for the road.

Response

I enclose a copy of the offer of grant documents which relate to the three operations which supported the activity outlined above.

The answer to your question on caveats and restrictions is that each award of grant outlines the General and Project Specfic Conditions of Grant. The General Conditions outline that the projects are governed by European Regulations and by grant conditions which set out project beneficiaries' responsibilities and the period over which these conditions apply. This will include the activity funded is used for their intended purpose. The Project Specific Conditions confirm that there were no specific caveats and/or restrictions on the use of the road related to the European funding.
