These pages provide information about how some changes brought in by the 2015 Act will make a difference for individual service users and their carers and professionals who work with them. This is not intended to include everything, but will highlight some of the key areas that might most affect you. More information about the all the changes in the 2015 Act is available in the explanatory notes to the 2015 Act.
To help with planning for the changes, we will be providing more in-depth guidance about what the changes are and how they will be brought in.
