Building and Construction Procurement

The Scottish Government aims to promote value for money and quality in the delivery of its public buildings and its projects and programmes. Construction Procurement Policy (CPP) provides leadership and direction for securing value for money and best practice in construction procurement policy and procedures.
CPP also develops, maintains and promotes the Construction Procurement Manual which applies mandatory policy and procedures to Scottish Government Directorates, Agencies, associated departments and many other sponsored bodies.
