Volunteering Support Fund 2025 to 2027: projects funded

List of 116 organisations awarded Volunteering Support Fund grants to recruit more volunteers.

We are investing £2.2 million between 2025 and 2027 to help small and medium-sized charities recruit more volunteers. This Fund supports inclusive volunteering and will help to increase the diversity of the third sector’s volunteer pool.

Funding awarded

From 252 applications, 116 organisations received Volunteer Support Fund (VSF) grants of up to £20,000 each. The funding supports new volunteering projects or expansion of existing ones, with a focus on:

  • reaching people who face barriers to volunteering
  • projects that help tackle child poverty

Impact Funding Partners manages the fund and provides ongoing support to funded organisations.
