Victim Surcharge Fund: annual report 2025 to 2026
Under the Victim Surcharge (Scotland) Regulations 2019 this is a report on the payments made into and out of the Victim Surcharge Fund, the recipient organisations, the administration costs and balance of the fund for the period 1 April 2025 to 31 March 2026.
5. The balance of the Fund
5.1. The balance remaining in the Fund on 31 March 2026 was £439,459.60.
