The provision of a taxi service mainly operating between various government buildings and other locations within Edinburgh and the immediate surrounding area.
What is out of scope
The framework does not cover taxi services outwith Edinburgh and the surrounding area.

This framework can be used by:
- central government
- other public bodies: Scottish Parliament Corporate Body, Forestry Commission
