Rationale for decision:
An Island Communities Impact Assessment will not be taken forward in relation to the refreshed Digital Strategy for Scotland, due to its high-level strategic nature as a collection of workstreams.
However, as individual workstreams are delivered under the Strategy, each will be assessed to determine whether an Island Communities Impact Assessment is warranted, ensuring that specific impact on islands are considered where applicable.
