12. Planning for the review of impact on children’s rights and wellbeing
There will continue to be engagement with networks and stakeholders to understand the impact of the guidance. It is recognised that further amendments to the guidance may be required in due course, as a result of guidance for schools being published by the EHRC during 2026, and therefore it would be expected that the CRWIA would be updated at that point.
