It is about treating people with dignity and respect, aiming for equal outcomes.
9 Equity - Refers to fairness and impartiality, focusing on ensuring everyone has an equal opportunity to achieve the same, or similar, outcomes. It acknowledges that people have different, unique circumstances and, therefore, allocates the specific, tailored resources and support needed to overcome barriers.
