Streamlined version of the ScotMER evidence maps giving an overview of the evidence gaps and areas of research in the ScotMER programme.
The streamlined version of the ScotMER evidence maps aims to show viewers, who may not be specialists, an overview of the evidence gaps and areas of research we are looking to address in the ScotMER programme, from extracting key information from the main evidence maps.
The streamlined evidence map document below is separated into six specialist groups, each focussing on a particular impact receptors. Each receptor group has a separate tab in the evidence map.
These groups are benthic, diadromous fish, fish and fisheries, marine mammals, ornithology, and physical processes.
The main ScotMER evidence maps provide more detail on the gaps in knowledge the we were looking to assess to the environmental and socio-economic impacts of offshore renewable developments.
