Scottish Social Housing Tender Price Index (SSHTPI) quarterly report: March 2026

Quarter 3 2025 to 2026 Index

• the quarters relate to the financial year, i.e., 1Q: April to June; 2Q: July to September; 3Q: October to December; 4Q: January to March
• the provisional index for 3Q 2025 to 2026 shows an increase of 9.8% in the year from 3Q 2024 to 2025 and 2.6% on the previous quarter 2Q 2025 to 2026
• the index for 1Q 2025 to 2026 is now firm, based on 13 projects, it shows an increase of 3.7% from the previous quarter and a decrease of 3.5% compared with 1Q 2024 to 2025
• the index for 3Q 2025 to 2026 is based on 12 projects and will be subject to revision as more projects are indexed
