Quarter 2 2025 to 2026 Index

• the quarters relate to the financial year, i.e., 1Q: April to June; 2Q: July to September; 3Q: October to December; 4Q: January to March
• the provisional index for 2Q 2025 to 2026 shows an increase of 2.4% in the year from 2Q 2024 to 2025 and 2.9% on the previous quarter 1Q 2025 to 2026
• the index for 4Q 2024 to 2025 is now firm, based on 24 projects, it shows an increase of 1.0% from the previous quarter and a decrease of 2.7% compared with 4Q 2023 to 2024
• the index for 2Q 2025 to 2026 is based on 11 projects and will be subject to revision as more projects are indexed
