Recommendations and Conclusion

The action plan is bringing together both ongoing and potential future actions to address the pressures facing Scotland’s seabird populations and build their resilience into a singular document, providing a framework for future delivery. It is not implementing new policy or actions, and therefore, will have no direct impact on protected characteristics at this time. Although no impacts have been highlighted within this EQIA process, as actions are developed and taken forward to implementation, it is recommended that any potential impacts on individuals or protected groups are considered and continually assessed at the level of the action.
