12. Planning for the review of impact on children’s rights and wellbeing

• How will the impact of the proposal on children’s rights and wellbeing be monitored?
• When will you review and update the CRWIA if required?

We will continue to engage with local authorities, schools and other stakeholders involved in provision of school milk schemes.

We will consider further opportunities to support local authorities and schools to develop school milk schemes which meet the needs and rights of children.

As part of this, we will work with partners to consider appropriate measures to review the impact on children’s rights.
