Appendix 3: Bella Induction Checklist
This form depicts the induction steps for women moving into Bella CCU. At the top it says ‘please complete for each resident and retain a copy in their personal file located in the main admin office.
The list of tasks include:
- Reception Risk Assessment (RRA)
- Update PR2 location
- Confirm numbers with Ops Base
- Room key allocation
- X-Ray property/FoH security procedures
- Complete property card
- Tour of accessible indoor areas (including Hub, CV room, gallery)
- Tour of accessible outdoor areas (including children’s play area, decking, main gardens)
- Tour of house block (including bedroom, communal kitchen/living, utilities)
- Fire evacuation procedures explained: self-evacuating building, how to raise alarm, assembly point(s)
- Residency contracts agreed & signed – retain copy in the induction folder
- Welcome pack issued to resident
- CV room induction
There are also blank columns called ‘completed by’ and ‘date’.
