Note:

In addition to direct expenditure, the share of administration costs allocated to the Justice Portfolio is £9m (2014-15: £9m). This gives total net expenditure of £2,380m (2014-15: £2,572m).

At 1 April 2015 Scottish Tribunal Service merged with Scottish Court Service, forming Scottish Courts and Tribunals Service. 2014-15 figures have not been restated.
