Legal basis for using your information

The legal basis for processing your data is that it is necessary for the performance of a task, which is carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority vested in the Scottish Government (the controller): Article 6(1)(e) of the UK General Data protection Regulation (“UK GDPR”).

Data are collected under the Agriculture (Retained EU Law and Data) (Scotland) Act 2020 Part 2. Data will only be collected and processed for the purposes specified in this legislation. These are listed in Section 17 part 4.
