Arrangements to ensure coastal communities benefit from the net revenue generated by the Scottish Crown Estate marine assets out to 12 nautical miles.
Scottish Ministers agreed that annual allocations should be distributed to local areas in arrears following the finalisation of the annual accounts for the Scottish Crown Estate.
This page has been updated to reflect allocations made in the years up to and including 2020 to 2021. This is the third tranche of payments under the arrangements to ensure that coastal communities benefit from the net revenue generated by the Scottish Crown Estate marine assets out to 12 nautical miles following the devolution of the management of assets.
