Correspondence between SG and the Minerals Products Association (Scotland) and British Aggregates Association relating to the Scottish Aggregates Levy from January 2022 to the date of this request.

I have provided the information you requested at Annex A to this document. While our aim is to provide all information where possible, we have had to apply a Section 38(1)(b) (personal data of a third party) applies to some of the information and the annex details which parts have been redacted. This exemption is not subject to the public interest test.
