  • confirmation that Directors and company insurance in place once OSCR registration process complete - RF
  • comments to be sent directly to RF regarding ‘Members Agreement’ for the Articles of Association - RF/all
  • RDS shadow governance documents to be shared, including organogram and Transition Board documents - AM
  • provisional dates/timescales for RDS Legal Timeframe document previously circulated to be shared - RF
  • to facilitate a conversation between UoE, PHS, NRS and RDS and gain a better understanding of RDS role in relation to partners, e.g. who is the data controller, data processor, and how commissioning arrangements will work - AM

Minutes and actions from the previous meeting

Minutes from previous meeting were agreed. Action 41 to be re-opened as still ongoing.

Roadmap document

The Roadmap document circulated previously was discussed.

Actions:

  • confirmation that Directors and company insurance to be in place once OSCR registration process complete 
  • comments to be sent directly to RF regarding ‘Members Agreement’ for the Articles of Association

There was a  discussion on commissioning and contracts between RDS and service providers.

Action:
