Information requested

You asked for copies of all the reports provided by KPMG under this contract to date. According to the contract timetable there was to a presentation of deliverables on 22nd September and a number of reports were to have been prepared by this date.

Response

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance we are unable to provide the information you have requested because an exemption under section 29(1) of FOISA applies to that information. The reports you have requested are being used to develop Scottish Government policy in relation to the National Care Service.
