The recommended and preferred option is to proceed with the transfer of the PAT into the Scottish Tribunals structure.

Post implementation review

Officials have regular engagement with judicial stakeholders and SCTS and, if the transfer proceeds, will use these opportunities to monitor the effectiveness of the transfer and ensure that any legislative amendments are considered where there is evidence that these are required.
