1. The ANUK/Unipol Codes are a set of standards for large student developments which reflect a balance of interests between the tenants and the managers of large student accommodation. There are 2 separate Codes, one for Non-Educational Establishments (private PBSA) and one for Educational Establishments (university owned PBSA or halls of residence) and these cover a multitude of topics including occupancy agreements, rent liability, repairs and maintenance, facilities, support arrangements, complaints and safety requirements.
