The SPSHD PSU supports the use of Scotland’s Public Sector Heat Decarbonisation Framework, which is anticipated to be awarded in early 2027. The Framework Contractors will be listed once the Framework is awarded.

As this is a Single Supplier Framework for the purposes of Oracle Cloud within the Scottish Government all Purchase Orders which are being raised for payments under this Framework should be raised against the following Contract Purchase Agreement (CPA) and Smartform:
