Glossary of terms

authority/authorities means the Public Sector Bodies who are eligible to utilise the Framework in accordance with the contract notice
- CPA means the Contract Purchase Agreement held within Scottish Government’s Oracle Cloud System
- EnPC means an Energy Performance Contract which is the contract the Authority enters into with the SPSHD Framework Contractor
- Key Performance Indicators or KPIs means the particular performance indicators that the PSU has undertaken to meet and identified as key performance indicators mentioned in Schedule 1 of the PSU Framework Agreement
- OJEU means the Official Journal of the European Union - the EU’s official publication where legal acts and public procurement notices above EU thresholds are published
- PSU means the Scotland’s Public Sector Heat Decarbonisation Framework Project Support Unit as Mott MacDonald Limited
- SPSHD means the Scotland’s Public Sector Heat Decarbonisation Framework
