Procurement - external advisers: Celtic framework agreement - buyers guide

Introduction

This guide gives help to public sector organisations to gain access to and use the Celtic Framework agreement for the provision of external advisers for independent assurance review programmes for Scotland, Northern Ireland, and Wales. The current framework was awarded by the Welsh Government. The Framework agreement commenced on 1 September 2023 and will run for a period of three years until 31 August 2026. It may be extended by an additional 12 months to a date no later than 31st August 2027.
