Organisational development framework procurement contract.
What is in scope
The framework is available for:

providing expert organisational development advice and input into strategic organisational change plans
-
coaching senior staff who are leading organisational change to enable them to undertake this role effectively
-
design and deliver organisational development support for individuals, teams and groups who are undertaking organisational change, based on the specific contexts within which the people in question are working and collaborating with them in the development of the support

co-designing and co-delivering organisational development work with internal organisational development staff
-
providing coaching and supervision to internal organisational development staff
