National Transitions to Adulthood Strategy for Young Disabled People - Easy Read
The Scottish Government and the Convention of Scottish Local Authorities (COSLA) are pleased to present the Easy Read version of Scotland’s first National Transitions to Adulthood Strategy for young disabled people.
Our vision

Our vision is that young disabled people in Scotland feel confident in their transition to adulthood. They are empowered and supported to control their own path to success.

Many young disabled people have told us that they are hopeful and excited about their future as they move to the next stage of their lives.

But they also need support to be empowered, to be listened to and to be able to make their own choices.
